Main Function Introduction:
1、整机操作采用人机界面：操作直观方便，动态显示运行状态，变频调速，最高速度可达 45米/分（根据用户需求，还可适当提速）。

镀膜玻璃（特别是LOW-E玻璃）膜层面不被破坏，玻璃输送段装有镀膜玻璃自动识别系统，充分保证镀膜玻璃的正确清洗、合片。

1、采用半嵌入式易更换背靠轮。

玻璃清洗干燥机
Glass washing-dry section:
清洗机，钢结构及保护罩全部采用优质不锈钢，分清洗及干燥两段由输送辊道，圆筒形式尼龙刷及驱动装置，喷水管及供水系统、刮水板、风刀空气过滤、消音装置等组成。

三对圆筒形毛刷，由六个异步电机独立驱动，一、二对毛刷进行预洗，第三对毛刷可用去离子水清洗并用去离子水喷淋玻璃（三刷四淋，水处理可选配）高压水喷嘴可拆卸清洗，易于维护。

1、 两对检查灯竖直对接安放在背板后，用抛光不锈钢板反射。

2、 传送分为三个独立的部分，以提高小片玻璃的工作效率。传送可暂停，预清洗、进料 可反退。

3、 其余背板、轴承等同进料段。

间隔框放置段
Frame Locating Section:
本段是在立式输送机的基础上增加若干组件构成。组件中空玻璃时，第一片玻璃通过此段直接进入板压段，第二片玻璃紧跟着进入此段，当玻璃到达感应器时玻璃传送速度减慢，玻璃定位柱伸出，玻璃靠在定位柱上，底部、侧部铝条定位, 靠轮伸出靠轮与玻璃边部约3 mm 距离（此距离可调），把粘有丁基胶的间隔框顺着铝条定位柱放置，检查顶部及另一侧是否与玻璃边部距离均匀一致。
This section is base on the vertical conveyer by increasing some certain Parts. When producing insulating glass, the first glass enters the press section through this section directly, the second glass follows entering this section, when the glass arrives the sensor the transmit speed of the glass is reduced, the glass localization column stretches out, the glass locates on the column, the base, the lateral aluminum frame locating support roller stretches out and the distance to the glass side is 3 mm. (this distance can be adjust), put the aluminum frame which sticks with butyl along side the locating column, and inspecting whether the top and another lateral side is even with the glass.
1、 传送：玻璃减速靠向玻璃定位装置停止（时间控制）。

2、 上下、左右胶深可调且单点调整，铝框侧定位、下定位不需调整自动适应玻璃厚度。

合片、压合二机合一，目前比较先进的一种压合机型。直线导轨、液
压系统、真空发生器、感应器、供风系统、定位器、输送辊轮。

运动部分及固定部分都是刚性很好的钢结构，运动部分底部有双导轨，下部装有两个同步 运动的蜗杆导轨，由后者带动运动部分平行的向固定部分运动。

第一片玻璃通过输送辊轮，运送到感应器时，前板压段向固定板平行运动，当板面接触玻璃时，真空发生器自动吸真空，吸盘把玻璃吸住并前移，第二片放好铝条的玻璃进入板压机内部，在同一位置停住，并板压段后移，加压，保压10s左右。
When the first glass go through the transport roller and ships to the sensor, the first presse section parallelly move to the dead plate, when the board surface touch the glass, the vacuum generator automatically suck the vacuum, the suck plate holds the glass and moves it forward, then the second glass piece which have put the aluminum frame enter in the press section, and stops in the identical position, at the same time the front presse section moves to the back part, then pressurizes and keep the pressure about 10s.
