The LBZ2000PC is specially designed for aluminum-spacer type insulating glass. This production line includes: The vertical conveyer, washing and dry station, inspecting station, aluminum frame assembly station, glass storage station, press Robot, output conveyer, and tilting table. The line can be used to complete the glass cleaning and drying, the aluminum frame position automatically fits and presses the glass plate, tilt the glass into the level position and move out. This production line has highly effective, the low consumption, small space, ease of operation and so on.

This machine has a high automatic degree, each electrical machinery convey adopt frequency conversion governor, each components and parts movement degree have touch-sensitive screen interface design which is more humanization and was controlled by photoelectric switch and whole PLC, it’s easy and simple to operate and having automatic energy-conserving disconnected types of working systems.

Main technical features:

1??/span>The equipment is automatically controlled by PLC for the whole operation

2??/span> Function: can produce IGU, Stepped IGU, Triple IGU and shaped IGU.

3??/span>Identify the coating on glass, suitable for washing different kind of glass.

4??/span>The whole equipment is bendable and the structure can be taken apart, which is easy for transportation.

5??/span>The silencer door design in the washing and drying station is used to lower the noise of drying station.

6??/span> The lateral and below positioning of aluminum frame adopts manual adjustable sealant depth type. The positioning of aluminum frame adopts compressed spring and rubber block buffer type structure, it can be adjusted according to the thickness of the glass.

7??/span>The pressing robot adopts adjustable structure which makes the pressing of two pieces of glass more even. The lifting beam uses cylinder and servo Electric handspike, when the machine making normal insulating glass, the cylinder works, when the machine making stepped unit, both the cylinder and Electric handspike work. Even if the servo motor doesn’t work, the machine can still makes normal insulating glass.
